Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 企業電子化研究所 === 100 === This study seeks to consider the formation of commitment in outsourcing from a perspective of relational governance, due to the critical role played by commitment in outsourcing. As formal contracts are unable to foresee all the contingencies and uncertainty that outsourcing partners face, informal control such as relational governance becomes critical. The proposed framework considers how commitment is affected by mutual dependence, djuastment framework, and threat framework. The proposed hypotheses are largely supported by the empirical data. We provide the implications for theory and practice based on our findings.
