Furthermore, it effectively monitors the Brushless Direct Current Motor (BLDCM) and functions the power status employing Human–Machine Interaction (HMI) with PLC. The system structure can be divided into three parts: First, ship design and stability analysis: Draw the ship line design with a drawing software, followed by the inclining experiment in which the date is obtained and brought into the analysis software for more accurate hydrostatic curve analysis. Secondly, monitoring system for BLDCM: BLDCM signals captured by PLC will be sent to HMI and associated with programming for real-time monitoring and control. Thirdly, power system management: Use the signal converter to capture the signals of the electric current. With the revision of Coulomb measuring method and recovery current, it is effective to estimate the battery capacity and also to immediately know the battery status during navigating. The results of this research is mainly based on the integration of the electrical operating system and the monitoring system. Through the navigation test, the construction of an electric power leisure boat system is considered to be practical, in which case it further provides a valuable reference for the design of green leisure ships.
