However, the cultural differences bring many conflicts which affect badly the satisfaction and revisit intentions of the international tourists who come to Taiwan. This study aims to explore the harassment behavior during the traveling experience. Using literature reviews and in-depth interviews, this study summarizes the factors which may cause the tourism harassment. Furthermore, a new scale of measuring the opinions of tourists’ about harassment is created and demographic variables are used to investigate the international visitors in order to collect its opinions and experiences face to harassment behaviors in Taiwan. This study expects to give a clear definition of the tourism harassment, as well as distribute questionnaire to understand tourists who undergo tourism harassment in Taiwan.
