碩士 === 國立宜蘭大學 === 應用經濟與管理學系經營管理碩士班 === 100 === Yilan city was located in the east of Taiwan, surround by the mountain which contain abundant natural resource.After Hsuehshan Tunnel freeway has been completed, is easy to transport between Yilan and Taipei. Therefore, it is suitable for development local culture industries. In recent years, there are many activities about the local culture and tourism in Yilan. These activities have brought plenty of benefits of economies and invisible recreations for Yilan. Besides, local culture industries play a very important role on economy in Yilan. Wujie Township in Yilan has many natural resources and local cultural industries, but it lacks of a clear representation of local culture industries. Therefore, we focus on local culture industries in Wujie Township, discussing the development of local culture industries. In order to find the critical success factors (CSF) of local culture industries in Wujie Township in this study. This study makes the perspectives of Quality Function Deployment for Development, building the CSF of the development of local culture industries in Wujie Township. Therefore, we use marketing 7P and「PZB」service quality tables on questionnaires to in-depth interviews. From the interviews, to finish voice of customers (VOC) and know the views and difficulties of development of local culture industries. Then, make STEEPLED, SWOT analysis tool and Balanced Scorecard to Deployment Strategy Map, building the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the development of local culture industries in Wujie Township of Yilan. The KPI is helping the VOC. Finally, we interview specialist to find the VOC’s importance and the CSF of the development of local culture industries in Wujie Township. The CSF can be refer of development of local culture industries to local government in Wujie Township. In this study, we take depth Interview with local shops to figure out the difficulties on development. The top three results are “Personnel lack” , ”Policy Inconsistence”, and ” Bad weather”. Besides, we use quality function deployment to find CSF of development of local culture industries in Wujie. The top five results are “Building connect the way between governments and industries in Yilan”, “Connect conference of industries in Wujie”, “Promote local cultural activities ”, “Assistance community development”.
