Summary: | 碩士 === 國立宜蘭大學 === 電子工程學系碩士班 === 100 === In LTE system, it is still a challenge for e-NodeB to perform resource block (RB) allocation and scheduling. So far, most of the previous works focus on maximizing the system throughput or achieving fairness among User Equipments (UEs). However, allocating RBs without considering the data rate requested by UEs or granted by call admission control (CAC) would make the demand and supply not balance. In this thesis, we propose an uplink resource allocation scheme named “Allocate As Granted (AAG),” which aims at allocating RBs based on the Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (EWMA) data rate granted by CAC. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme performs well in terms of satisfaction degree and system throughput.
