Observed the cell differentiation and growth situation of the pseudobulbs of bud, the vascular of pseudobulbs growth direction is irregular, and the formation of latent buds next to pseudobulbs. Different parts of the pseudobulbs, the closer the epidermal parts of cells arranged more closely, with chloroplasts and starch grains in the vibrant small-cell; farther away from the place of the epidermal cells also increased, and more storage of water in the death cells. Both sides of the two leaf primordia of the lateral bud meristem, there are gaps between the layers leaves wrapped leaves of the periphery. Observation of the Cymbidium plants, It can be found the growth law of the pseudobulbs, on the mother pseudobulb both sides, the vertical growth of the daughter pseudobulb with the mother pseudobulb, while the bud also with the vertical growth on the daughter pseudobulb both sides.
