The instrumentation was composed of four parts, including: personal information, learning motivation scale, and learning satisfaction scale, learning achievement scale. The population was the second, third grade stundent of one vocational high school in Middle Taiwan, 413 copies of questionnaire had been issued. The usable returned questionnaires were 381 and the usable returned rate was 92.30%. The statistics software“SPSS for Windows 12” was applied to the data analysis of these effective scales, for verifying the hypothesis in this study. The result shows that (1) Learning motivation is significantly affected to learning achievement. (2) Learning motivation is significantly affected to learning satisfaction. (3) Learning satisfaction is significantly affected to learning achievement. (4) Learning satisfaction has part mediation effect between learning motivation and learning achievement. According to the finding of this study, suggestions are provided to educational administrative authorities, vocational high schools, teachers, parents and students.
