Based on study the management of illustrated Creative blogs, The purposes of this study are as following: 1. Study on the Present situation of management of illustrated creative blogs in Relation to Characteristics of Cultural Creative Industries. 2. Study on the tendency in the future of Management of Illustrated Creative Blogs. Through interview with illustrated Creative bloggers and analysis blogs’ Content, The main findings of this research are as follows: 1. A well-developed of blogs and bloggers manage blogs attentively that initiated opportunities of commercial cooperation. 2. The main business models of cultural creative industries are「Illustrated creative publication and serialization」「Cooperation of advertisements」and「Illustrated creative commodities」, 「Cooperation of advertisements」is the most common business model, to invest in「Illustrated creative commodities」are most of blogs that developed maturely. 3.In developing process of illustrated creative publication or commodities, from design to produce, the bloggers showed higher participation of development. 4. Illustrated creative bloggers has higher creative property in the commercial cooperation, investors based on the cost and the market reaction are monitors. 5.The risk of management of Illustrated Creative Blogs are「Impression of the reader」、「Consideration of consumer groups」and「protection of intellectual property rights」 6. The main Marketing Techniques of Illustrated creative blog industries are「Special creative commodities」、「Promote by Blogs and Social Networking Service」、「Limited sold.」and「Commodities related propaganda」 Illustrated creative bloggers’ planning directions of management in the future are as follows: 1. Multi- platform management 2. Branding 3. Internationalization Based on the results , this research tries to bring up suggestions to illustrated creative bloggers, investors and future study.
