團體性運動社團社會網絡之研究~以新竹縣某慢速壘球隊為例

碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 人資處體育碩士專班 === 100 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between social support network, team affairs social network and other recreational social network of a slow pitch softball team in Hsinchu. This study was based on questionnaire survey as well as “social network questionnaire scale ”. The study took purposive sampling. 24 players in the slow pitch softball team participated in it. Descriptive statistics, degree centrality of social network Analysis, betweenness centrality, Network Density, Quadratic Assignment Procedure and Multiple regression quadratic assignment procedures tests were employed to analyze this data. The results of this study were as follows： a.Social support network, team affairs social network and other recreational social network participated in social network, who had highly personal centrality were mainly the people who used to be a organizer or senior player of the team. b.Pairwise correlation (QAP, Quadratic Assignment Procedure) among the foure social network were verified.（emotional support network, informational support network, instrumental support network and team affairs social network） c.In MRQAP (Multiple regression quadratic assignment procedures) analysis, the regression result shows that four independent variables (emotional support network, informational support network, instrumental support network and team affairs social network) on with the other leisure activities network were dominant. Finally, the study concluded some suggestions from the results for the following researchers.
