Summary:碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 數理教育研究所 === 100 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the elementary school teachers’ behavioral of intention and attitude of the resource recycling in New Taipei City basing on the theory of planned behavior. The questionnaire research method was used. 460 questionnaires were sent to the elementary school teachers in New Taipei City and 417 among them were valid. The results were as follows: 1. Most elementary school teachers in New Taipei city do the recycling and their schools have already emphasized on this project. 2. Teachers’ behavioral intentions are obviously different, because of the different of the grade level, the attendance of resource recycling, and the promotion of school factor. 3. Teachers’ behavioral intentions on resources recycling, attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control were all highly related. The more positive they are, the stronger intention they got on resource recycling. 4. There was a significant positive correlation between attitudes and behavior belief, outcome evaluation of the recycling behavior. 5. There was a significant positive correlation between subject norm and normative beliefs, motivation to comply of the recycling behavior. 6. There was a significant positive correlation between perceived behavioral control and control belief, perceived power of the recycling behavior. 7. Teachers’ behavioral intentions on resources recycling could be predicted by attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control. The R-Square could reach 0.48. At last, some suggestions are provided for the government, school, and teachers as the improvement of resource recycling.
