The study was designed by using pre-posttest control group design of quasi- experimental, and selected 3rd grades student at Yongjing primary school of ChangHua county as research subject to implement pre-test. According to result of pre-test, assigned subjects to experimental group and control group which were 47 subjects in each group, and selected 2 students with ADHD as special samples for comparing in study at the same time. After pre-test, experimental group implement 6 units multimedia instructions of social skills, and used once post-test with control group after instructions, then analyzed and compared the data of post-test. After one month, analyzed of maintain effect in experiment by a post-test again to experimental group. To analyze the data of pre-test and post-test at this study, the researcher found research results as follows: 1. Multimedia instructions can promote social skills performance of 3rd grades elementary school student by using multimedia instruction of social skills efficiently. 2. Multimedia instructions can promote positive responds of social skill of 3rd grades elementary school student by using multimedia instruction of social skills efficiently. 3. Multimedia instructions can promote social skills performance of students with ADHD by using multimedia instruction of social skills efficiently. 4. Multimedia instructions can promote social skills performance of students with ADHD in general class by using multimedia instruction of social skills efficiently.
