Summary: | 碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 教育學系碩士班 === 100 === The purpose of this study was to understand the actual situation of the elementary school principal’s emotional leadership and teacher’s emotional labor, and analysis of the relationship between the principal’s emotional leadership and teacher’s emotional labor, the use of the questionnaire study, the number of 604 valid questionnaires were collected, descriptive statistics, independentsample t test, single factor analysis of variance, canonical correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis, statistical analysis of questionnaire data analysis results are summarized as follows:
1.Elementary school principals emotional leadership presents the status of a high degree of perception of the degree in Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli area.
2.Elementary school teachers in development of emotional labor presents the status of a high degree of perception of the degree in Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli area.
3.Elementary school principals in the four dimensions of emotional leadership and the overall perception of the degree are higher than the teachers in Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli area.
4.Elementary school teachers and Chief Executive Officer Grade in "sincere camouflage" and the overall perception of the degree were higher than the mentor in Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli area.
5.Elementary school principals emotional leadership and teachers' emotional labor has a significant presence in Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli area.
6.Elementary school principal’s emotional leadership can be definitely predicted of teacher’s emotional labor in Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli area.
