Next, the interrelationships among elementary school principals’ positive leadership, appreciative inquiry and teacher’s hope are discussed. Finally, it further explores the impact of elementary school principals’ positive leadership, appreciative inquiry and on teacher’s hope. The research methods include literature review and questionnaire survey. The survey subjects are elementary school education officers across Taiwan areas. The research handed out 886 questionnaires, among which there were 568 questionnaires valid with the availability rate of 64.1%. The data is analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA and SEM. The findings based on the results of the research are as follows: 1. Principals’ positive leadership get the higher scores. 2.Appreciative inquiry get the higher scores. 3.Teacher’s hope get the higher scores. 4. The education officers who get the higher scores on the principals’ positive leadership are those who are female principal. 5. The education officers who get the higher scores on the appreciative inquiryare those who are female principal, with the college academic qualification above the Institute. 6. The education officers who get the higher scores on teacher’s hope are those who are female principal, more than 21years of service, and7-24 medium-sized schools. 7. It is mutually influential between the principals’ positive leadership and appreciative inquiry to teacher’s hope. appreciative inquiry has the mediating effect between princaial’s positive leadership and teacher’s hope.
