The research aims at exploring the present facts in coach leadership, characters, and the effects in school life adaptation of student athletes. This research proceeds in quality proposal with related reference discussion, field observation, interviews, and documents analysis. It includes the school team athletes of two middle schools in the enrolled district. The research evidence includes nine cases of cooperators who are the coaches, teachers, administrational officers, and student athletes. This research applies the narration analysis. The strategies for the study credibility apply Triangulation, anticipant checks, the full understanding of situation context, research portfolio, etc. The difference of coach leadership and characters will affect student athletes’ school adaption discovered from this research. Leadership is one kind of interactive process which is dynamic and unpredictable. The success is resulted from the continuous learning, observation, advance of personal professional skills, intelligence, communicative methods, and integrity strength in coaching. The coach needs to correct personal leadership by meeting the authentic situations to create teamwork victory. The coach of sports teams is responsible for the expectation and demands of school, student athletes, and the students’ parents.
