However limited to time and energy, we often can’t concern about the needs form work and family at the same time. Therefore most employees will face on the “Work-Family Conflict” (WFC). It would affect “Organizational Commitment”, “Family Satisfaction”, and even cause physical and psychological pressure. Whether every employee will face on the same plight of “Work-Family Conflict”? Therefore, this research is the relationship between job characteristic, family-friendly policy, WFC and WFB among teachers:co-worker support as the moderator. In this study, the author adopts convenient sampling as well as the analysis of 217 valid questionnaires collected. The empirical results are as follows: Firstly, the job characteristic and family-friendly policy have a negative correlation with the WFC. Secondly, the WFC has a negative correlation with WFB. Thirdly, co-worker support would moderate the relationship between WFC and WFB. Forth, the job characteristic and family-friendly policy are affected by WFC and, in turn, they affect WFB. The WFC have intervening effects is significant. Thus, when organization design “job characteristic” or provides the “Family-Friendly Policy”. These factors can be referring. Once organization creates a supportive work environment to reduce conflict between family and work. Employees will achieve “Work-Family Balance” status. Improve “Job Satisfaction” and “Organizational Commitment”, to create a win-win situation for the organization.
