| Summary: | 碩士 === 國防大學管理學院 === 資訊管理學系 === 100 === The purpose of this study is to explore the research space of information management. This study is not only to design a knowledge framework of information management based on research theories, methods, and issues, but also to build a search and recommendation prototype system from the viewpoint of user scenario. The system could help research scholars found the papers that he/she needed, and obtain expanded research concepts. Meanwhile, the retrieval effectiveness of the prototype system might be strengthened through the feedback of the learning mechanism.
In addition, this study also adopts a domestic TSSCI journal, Journal of Information Management, as an example to perform an empirical analysis for developing a retrieval and recommendation system. According to the development and testing of the prototype system, this study examines the feasibility of the research framework proposed in this study. Finally, through the assessment of relevant indicators, the effects of recommended effectiveness, system operation, information content, and user satisfaction on the retrieval and recommendation system are acceptable.
