Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學管理學院 === 資源管理及決策研究所 === 100 === In this study, we examine the mechanism of voice behavior relative to efficacy (i.e., general self-efficacy and voice self-efficacy) and participative leadership. Further, we examine the moderating effects of participative leadership on the relationship between voice self-efficacy and voice behavior. We conducted a cross-level investigation within 129 groups from various industries and departments. Consistent with our hypothesis, voice self-efficacy mediated the relationship between general self-efficacy and voice behavior, as well as participative leadership and voice behavior. However, our findings did not significantly support the assertion that participative leadership would have moderating effects on the relationship between general self-efficacy and voice self-efficacy. Finally, we provide relevant management and other practical implications based on our findings.
