But these are our problems now, for the progress of these events influences globally on our politics, economy, culture, thoughts and concepts . According to the White Paper of International Education for Primary and Secondary School, the vision is to continue to lay a strong, workable foundation for its 21st Youth. Four goals that we need to achieve are national identity、international awareness、global competitiveness and global responsibility. So, we should develop students’ international concepts, encourage us to face the new challenges , have experience of culture diversity, and to rise above the global competitiveness. On this research, I hope to have more understanding and realizing the trend of international education and practicing experiences by the joint of “Connecting Classroom” project at junior high school, and offer some suggestions to other schools that would like to promote the international education. This research is based on the analysis of documents and semi-structured interview. First to explore the trend of international education on different countries , then, to realize the strategy of case schools and others from other counties in Taiwan through the sharing courses and programs. Finally to explore the importance of international literacy, ICT and English communication ability on international education. I will offer some suggestions as follow: enhance the faculty of school recognition about international education; increase an international education sector to promote this course;reflect upon the present Grade 1-9 Curriculum Guidelines;government should budget for the course yearly to supply the schools;encourage schools to promote school-based curriculum;help schools to build online platform and encourage school to structure international education environment. The conclusions of this study are as follow: 1. Students’ who joined the partnership school got the international view or concept. Obviously, they have the positive assertion. 2. Curriculum, teachers and teaching are the key point and the most important things on international education. 3. Supporting from the leadership, officials or principals, is very important to promote the international education. Don’t ever say our school locates on remote village, has less resources. There’s no excuse, just do it. Through the cyber and real condition, let our students use well the new technology to widen their international view, and be a good global citizen.
