Previous studies have found that most of the successful businesses are equipped with the organizational capabilities. To face the pressure of the environmental protection, for the sustainable development in the future and how to get the pressures of environment changed to be the chances of the sustainable management, it is necessary to construct the green-oriented organizational capabilities. This study is based on intellectual capital through organizational learning, explore how the organization construction of green-oriented organizational capacity, so that enterprises in the various environment-related pressures to achieve sustainable of green. In this study we focus on the interrelations among green oriented intellectual capital, organization learning and green oriented organizational capabilities. Upon qualitative research interviewed with six environmentally thinking the managers research interviewed with six environmentally thinking managers. According to completion of this research, in terms of organization learning, green oriented intellectual capital indeed helps for building green oriented organizational capabilities.
