| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 國際企業學系 === 100 === Since the threat of terrorist attacks in USA on September 11, 2001, the supply chain security becomes an important issue. The WCO sets the framework of SAFE regulations and the AEO certification is a supply chain security mechanism which is established under the condition of SAFE regulations. This study presents the factors that influence AEO certification on Organization Autonomous Change perspective and discuss the possibility for Taiwan enterprises through the questionnaire survey. The methodology of this study adopts cluster analysis and discriminant analysis to distinguish the differences of various groups. Therefore, in this study, we will provide suggestions for decision-makers to import AEO certification to firms in urgent needs.
