Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 生物機電工程學系研究所 === 100 === The EEG signal was acquired using wireless one-electrode technology by the ThinkGear chip. The signal is filtered and amplified through bluetooth interface, and then displayed on a human-computer interface. Two characters, attention and meditation, were determined with the α、β、θ、δ wave through the eSense algorithms and statistical analysis. In addition, find out the correlation between two characters and low α, high α, low β and high β waves with multiple regression analysis then derive the emotion equation. Finally, attention can be evaluated by emotion equation: -0.017xLow α + 0.014xHigh α + 0.14xLow β + 0.45xHigh β (R2=0.93) and meditation can be evaluated by emotion equation: 0.16xLow α + 0.18xHigh α + 0.21xLow β + 0.076xHigh β (R2=0.9). The study designed a system which can control the concentration of essential oils released. There are four kinds of essential oils-bergamot、lavender、peppermint and ylangylang as experimental ingredients for the experimenters. The study surveyed the variation between attention and meditation after aromatherapy treatment. After four kinds of aromatherapy in 20 experiments, the change of the attention parameter is 24.55% in bergamot oil and the peppermint oil is 23.79%, therefore, two kinds of oil had obvious significantly. On the other hand, the change of the meditation parameter is 7.42% in lavender oil and ylangylang oil is 4.43%. It also has the relax effect using lavender and ylangylang oil.
