碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 應用數學系研究所 === 100 === Throughout all walks of life in today's, acceptance sampling plans are commonly utilized to assure whether the incoming and outgoing goods meet the required standard. In this study, we construct the acceptance sampling plans under three-parameter expo-nentiated weibull distribution which based on the life test is truncated at a pre-specified time. Further, we are interest to find the minimum sample sizes necessary to ensure the specified mean life or Median life can exceed the target value of the given mean life or Median life when different acceptance numbers c and confidence levels and experiment time are specified, then present the related tables. In ad-dition, the operating characteristic functions of the sampling plans is discussed and pro-vided the operating characteristic curve. Finally, we give some examples to illustrate the use of the acceptance sampling plan procedures under exponentiated weibull distribu-tion.
