Purpose of this study is to explore the indigenous communities within the organization to run the process, learn about community management of forest resources, the impact of Aboriginal community organizations, the factors why the development model, how to run the organization development issues.
Research methods to Professor Wang Hongjun in 2009 for the autonomy of the business community in the factor analysis of Poteete and Ostrom (2002) proposed the community of independent factors, appropriate for Taiwan to do the community-oriented changes, put forward 10 "characteristics of resource users" and four "resource qualities" to do for the community of independent factors affecting Taiwan is set to factors affecting the operation of community organizations, to establish the mode of operation picture of the organization structure designed to do interviews and analysis of the results framework.
Study found that Adiri worked with community organizations closely related to the geographic community, community leaders share a very important position to lead the development of community development affairs, and the involvement of expert groups to help integrate the community, the need to establish the system accompanied by an expert group to make community development can track, for the expert groups in the community need to be cautious just the right dependence, loss of community self-awareness can not, obviously not as good as human resources, Aboriginal communities from Chinese communities, today though universal education, community, or lack of implementation plan related to manpower. Next Adiri Community Development Association needs more residents to participate to join, so that the operation of a stable community organizations.
