Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) is first adopted to reach a consensus of domain experts to screen out 20 out of 25 CSFs of internet pioneering synthesized from related literature, which are referred as“Voice of Customer (VOC)”(i.e., Whats). Then, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is employed to analyze the relationship matrix constructed by the “Whats” and the key elements of internet business model, referred as“Voice of Engineering (VOE)”(i.e., Hows). Finally, Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) is applied to determine priority orders of the key elements of internet business model against the objective relative importance of key elements of internet business model using entropy objective weights. The research findings indicate that the top five important CSFs are“Ability of financial control”, “Adequate fund ”,“Managerial capability of organization ”,“Acceptance of risk ”, and “Privacy of Customer information ”, respectively. And the implementation orders (from highest to lowest) of the key elements of internet business model are prioritized as“Formulated competitive strategy”,“Defined cost and profit ”, “Positioned in value network ”, “Clear value proposition ”, “Identified market segment”, and“Elements of value chain”. It is hoped that the analysis results can not only assist internet entrepreneurs in assessing if they themselve possess the required CSFs or not but also provide references for them to prioritize the key elements of internet business model. Furthermore, based on the research implications internet entrepreneurs or any interested internet investmentors can reduce the risk of barriers and/or failure of internet shop business, and upgrade the probability of success and sustainable business opportunities. 吳泓怡 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW |
