碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 歷史學研究所 === 100 === Abstract The research of the Western Han Dynasty how to change the Wusun’s foreign status: from " Hold two ends " to " Separate its into two parts " is main point in the paper﹒ In the beginning era of the Western Han Dynasty , because of just established and beated by the Xiongnu , the Western Han Dynasty was forced to accept unfair treaty and agree with the Xiongnu in heqin relationship﹒Until Emperor Wu of Han changed strategy toward the Xiongnu and accepted Zhang Qian’s suggestion , as a result of the Han-Xiongnu’s relationship was totally different﹒The content of Zhang Qian’s suggestion was that by means of heqin and bribe approaches convinced the Wusun to change its foreign status quo﹒ The purpose of suggestion was to make use of the Wusun in heqin relationship’s means to co-resist the Xiongnu and expand the Western Han Dynasty’s influence in the Xiyu area﹒ Key words：heqin（和親）、Western Han Dynasty（西漢）、Wusun（烏孫）、 Xiongnu（匈奴）、Xiyu（西域）、Zhang Qian（張騫）。
