Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 機電工程學系 === 100 === The purpose of this thesis is to analysis the performance of these partial porous air bearings by using the Finite Difference Method. The first step in this project is to design the geometric dimensions of the Partial porous air bearings in order to manufacture them.
Then the Partial porous air bearings are assembled to carry out various test procedures. These pro possess include: load capacity, stiffness testing and so on. Finally, the results of the tests will be verified by the above simulations, thus F.D.M. This project also undertakes to establish data that is not a repetition of already produce a new type of the Partial porous air bearings.
This study is aimed to help to improve our design ability of Partial porous air bearings. The existing Partial porous air bearings are being used in recent designed ultra-precision aerostatic guideway table to increase the load capacity, mentioned devices.
