To obtain actual amount of the distribution line losses is much harder than the transmission system. Changhua region is located in the northern tip of the central and northern plain. The coastline stretches from Northeast to Southwest. Because the aquatic fish breeding, poultry raising, the animal husbandry, the waste reverted treatment plant and the mushroom class crop production and so on are prosperous. Moreover, south of the Changhua area electric lighting flowers and plants are in vogue. Because stolen the electricity atmosphere and the environment is not booming affects, so that stealing the electricity situation is very serious. This study mainly uses the attached equipment of the electrical power distribution system feed line automation in Changhua branch of Taiwan Power Company, Feeder Terminal Unit (FTU), which can immediate monitor and use wireless transmission function, Using electricity the condition the specific user to feed in the area immediately and preserves the record. Then examined regularly this user’s electricity use the electric instrument index whether to feed in with FTU the material tallies. It may take advantage of this achieves frightens the anti-user to steal the electricity then to achieves the reduction line loss the result.
