碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 資訊管理學系所 === 100 === The rise and development of information technology and broadband network has brought numerous varieties of convenience to the general public. In recent years, the government has offered greater convenience to the public through the implementation of e-government systems and improvement of administrative efficiency. At the same time, in order to fulfill the goal of implementing on-line signature verification system for official electronic documents, local governments have initiated the energy saving and reduced paper usage policy in accordance with the Executive Yuan. The main research framework of this study is based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Based on the collation of relevant research literatures and questionnaires from Miaoli County Government, we can probe into Miaoli county employee’s usage behavior of the on-line signature verification system for official electronic documents. The results of this study show that (1) factors effecting the Miaoli County On-line Signature Verification System for Official Electronic Documents’ “intension to use” includes “performance expectancy”, “effort expectancy”, and “social influence”; (2) the only factor effecting “actual usage” is “intension to use”; (3) the moderator analysis indicates that the external variables “performance expectancy” and “social influence” affecting the internal variable “usage intensions” are modified by the “gender” moderator, and the external variables “performance expectancy” and “facilitating conditions” affecting the internal variable “actual usage” are modified by the “age” moderator; the rest of the relationships are not significant.
