However, sanitation workers’ values greatly influence their sense of happiness and job performance. Thus, the relationship among these three elements-sanitation workers’ values, sense of happiness and job performance is a key point in this study. The subjects in this study came from sanitation workers in Changhua, total of 250 questionnaires out returned samples were 213 ,210 valid questionnaires, and the analysis of research is carried out by means of a regression analysis and path path analysis. This study investigates relationship among sanitation workers’ values, sense of happiness and job performance as the government decision- making recommendations. The following conclusions were reached: First, workers’ values have a significant positive effect on Cleaning Unit’s job performance. Second, worers’ values have a significant positive effect on Cleanign Unit’s sense of happiness. Third, senses of happiness have a significant positive effect on Cleaning Unit’s job performance.
