In addition, the mediating effect of organizational unfairness between organizational citizen behavior (OCB) and self-regulation was examined. The information of this study was collected through questionnaires. The survey samples consisted of 760 teachers from junior high school teachers. The obtained data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, One-Way ANOVA and structural equation model. The major findings were: 1. Teachers' organizational citizenship behavior can effectively predict self-regulation. 2. The organization unfairness had part of the mediating effect between teachers' organizational citizen behavior and self-regulation at work. 3. Different background variables had significant difference in organizational citizen behavior (OCB) ,self-regulation at work and organizational unfairness.
