The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between junior high school organizational culture teachers' knowledge sharing in central Taiwan. Questionnaire survey was used to collect data. A total of 551 junior high school teachers responded to the questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t- test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis were applied to analyze the data. The results are as follows: First, School organizational culture and teachers' knowledge sharing have medium level on the status were above average. Second, the teachers whose administrative service were higher perception of organizational culture than the others. Third, the teachers whose teaching many years were higher perception of organizational culture. Fourth ,the large school category teacher were higher perception in Rational-culture of organizational culture. Fifth, teacher knowledge sharing was significant difference in teaching year, administrative service ,teacher qualifications, and school category . Sixth, the teachers whose teaching many years,teachers of University graduate, , administrative service were higher perception of organizational culture. Seventh, the teachers' knowledge sharing was positively correlation by their school organizational cultural. Eighth, the school organizational cultural could significantly predict the teachers' overall knowledge sharing. The suggestions for educational administrative authority, junior high schools and teachers, and future researchers were also included in this study.
