Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 教育研究所 === 100 === The main purposes of this research were:how the principal apply strategic leadership in leadership abilities of students ; what the principal’s strategic leadership competencies and traits are; and to analyze the practical dimensions of training students’ leadership abilities .
This was a qualitative and case-study. The main research and interview object is the principal, and interview two directors and fourteen students as supplementary data. The method of the study in terms of interview and document analysis.
The results of this study were as the following:(1)the principal applied strategic leadership in students’ leadership abilities by having a stable organization’s version; exploiting self- leading core competencies; developing organizational culture of grateful for others; adopting innovative strategies; inspiring others anytime and anywhere: and expressing actual attitude to balance organizational controls. (2) The principal owned the competencies of being a strategic leader. (3) With support and encouragement, the students were able to acquire the abilities of planning, communication, organizational leadership, interpersonal and benchmarking .
