The researcher was one of those who carried out the evaluation of school administration, collected the documents, tried to discuss the Process of the school evaluation in Taiwan and collected the changes of decision-making on the school evaluation. Based on the literature review and the interviews, some results were drew as the following: 1. 15 counties (65 percent of all counties) have executed the school evaluation affairs by 2012. In the meanwhile, two main indicators, administration & leadership and curriculum & instruction, are most used by those counties. 2. Some existed educational indicators are exclusive of the school evaluation in elementary and junior high schools of Yun-lin County. 3. The development of the indicators of school evaluation in Yun-lin County is well organized, efficient and complementary with an exterior experts system. 4. The imperative factors affecting the decision-making in Yun-lin county are distinct arguments inside of the Yun-lin educational bureaucracy, the transition of small-size schools, the weight of the indicators, and the integration of diverse opinions from exterior experts. 5.
