教師知覺之校長領導態度與學校組織氣氛相關之研究---以砂拉越州獨中為例

碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 教育研究所 === 100 === The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among principal leadership attitude and organizational climate in chinese independent secondary schools of Sarawak. Questionnaires including two instruments: Leadership Attitude Scale,and School Organizational Climate Questionnaire were used to survey 245 chinese independent secondary school teachers. The statistical methods used to analyzed the data were descriptive statistic, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s method and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The conclusions of the study were summarized as follows: 1. Over 75% of teachers perceived principal leadership attitude of system thinking over middle, principal leadership attitude of hierarchical thinking as well. 2. Teachers perceived school organizational climate as “Open” was the most, “Disengaged” was the second, “Engaged” and “Closed” were the least. 3. Significant differences were found in leadership attitude and organizational climate. 4. There were significant correlations among leadership attitude and organizational climate. Finally, based on the results, suggestions for educational administration agencies, secondary school principals, teachers and future studies were proposed.
