How to retain the manpower is an important topic until now.
The main purpose of this study is to explore the Relationships between Demographics
and Turnover- a Case of A company in the high-tech field. Totally 156 samples were collected from the 200 employee turnover in the year 2010. Finally, the recommendations based on the findings and conclusions of the study were made for the further study.
