Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 商業教育學系 === 100 === The purposes of the study were to explore the relationships among applied web-based resources, classroom climate, and teaching effectiveness, as well as the mediating effects of the classroom climate.
This study surveyed the primary school teachers in Changhua County, with convenient sample of quantitative search method. There were 370 questionnaires sent to the teachers, and 349 usable questionnaires returned, with a 94.32% valid return rate. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are summarized as follows:
1. Primary school teachers with different backgrounds showed significant variations on the perceptions of using web-based resources in classrooms, classroom climate and teaching effectiveness.
2. Applied web-based resources and classroom climate prove to have positive impacts and increasing teaching effectiveness.
3. The classroom climate had mediated effects on applied web-based resources and teaching effectiveness.
Finally, conclusions of this study may provide some directions for teachers, boards of education, and executives. Also, provided in the end of this report is area in need for further research and exploration.
