Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 商業教育學系 === 100 === The purpose of this study aims to understand the computer learning motivation, learning needs and the well-being with elders. In order to approach the research purpose above, the research is conducted by questionnaire investigation, listed the questionnaire of Computer Learning Motivation, Learning Needs and the Well-Being with Elders by documentary analysis. The questionnaire is applied on the students of elder educational organizations in Changhua City, 228 questionnaires totally delivered. There were 194 questionnaires in the valid samples and the valid return rate was 87%. The data are collected and statistically analyzed. In the last section, finding and conclusion are provided, and suggestions are also offered based on the research results. There are thirteen conclusions as bellow: 1.The learning motivation of elders falls in above-medium cognitive interest. 2.The learning needs of elders falls in above-average family life. 3.The well-being of elders falls in above-medium self-achievement. 4.The learning motivation of elders varies with backgrounds. 5.The learning needs of elders varies with backgrounds. 6.The well-being of elders varies with backgrounds. 7.The learning motivation of elders had relationship with well-being. 8.The learning needs of elders had relationship with well-being. 9.The learning motivation of elders had relationship with learning needs. 10.“Age situation and the learning motivation” showed significant correlations regarding well-being. 11.“Health situation and the learning motivation” showed significant correlations regarding well-being. 12.“Marrige situation and the learning needs” showed significant correlations regarding well-being. 13.“Health situation and the learning needs” showed significant correlations regarding well-being. According to the above conclusions, the research provides some suggestions: 1.Recommendations for the government agencies and the education organization for elder learners. 2.Recommendations for elder learners themselves. 3.Recommendations for the future study.
