Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 商業教育學系 === 100 === The purpose of the study is to understand the situation of the government procurement personnel job stress sources and stress reaction, to ascertain the diverseness in the mentioned factors between the government procurement personnel with different background and the relationship.
Questionnaire is the main research. Through the review and integration of literature, the questionnaire of “government procurement personnel's job stress sources” and ”government procurement personnel's stress reaction” are designed. Test group consists of the purchasing officers at various levels of Changhua County Government. The statistical methods used to analyze the data were descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, least significant difference, Pearson correlation analysis with SPSS for Windows 12.0 statistical software. The results are listed as the following:
1.The job stress source and stress reaction of the whole government procurement personnel.
a.There is a middle level job stress for the whole government procurement personnel. The magnitude orders of stress are job character, human relationships, working burden and job-family conflict.
b.The state of stress reaction is medium. The magnitude orders of stress reaction are professional burnout, anxiety, resignation intention and tired and melancholy.
2.The differences of job stress sources from different background variables of the government procurement personnel.
There is no obvious difference of job stress sources from the background of different sex, age, education, service years, job title and married status.
3.The differences of job stress reaction from different background variables of the government procurement personnel.
a.There is no obvious difference of stress reaction from the background of different sex, education, service years and married status.
b.On the contrary, there is an obvious difference of stress reaction from the background of different age and job title.
4.As a whole, there is a significant positive correlation between job stress sources and stress reaction of government procurement personnel.
Based on the results, this research provides suggestions for government purchasing officers, government purchasing departments and future researchers on the same topic.
