碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 商業教育學系 === 100 === By applying the Delphi technique, this study analyzing the learning problems of new immigrant children, and the solutions towards these problems. According to the literature, interviews with scholars and experts, and also the survey, there are five dimensions of learning problems that the new immigrant children encountered: Discipline, Education, Communication, Emotion Careness, and Financial Support. The solutions to the above problems are: The modification of discipline plan, The knowledge of education, The communication enhencement, Interaction with Careness, and Society resources backup. The goal of this study is to sort of the problems and suggestions which help the large-scale elementary schoolsteaching, conferences, and after school activities arrangements.
