Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 商業教育學系 === 100 === The purposes of this study are to investigate teacher’s moral education literacy,the current situation, and difficulties on implementing moral education in elementary school of ChangHua County. A questionnaire survey is adopted and 400 elementary school teachers from different elementary schools in Changhwa County are randomly selected as the research participants. The collected data are analyzed by descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA. The results of the study are as followed:
1.Different gender, ages, education levels and school sizes have partly significant difference on teachers’s moral education literacy in the individual level;different years of teaching experiences and teaching positions have negative significances on teachers’s moral education literacy in the individual level.
2.Different gender, ages,years of teaching experiences,education levels and teaching positions on teacher’s moral ecucation literacy have no significant differences in the whole level;Different school sizes have significant differences on teacher’s moral ecucation in the whole level.
3.The teacchers from diffenent schools have different opinions in many ways on implementing moral education.
4.The teachers in elementary schools have various viewpoints on how to implement moral education and how to solve the problems.
