Quanta Culture and Education Foundation has invested in the development of resources for the art field by intergrating a series of exhibitions and activities in themed reprofuctions for schools to apply and incorporate with relevant learning objects so that art teachers may intergrate resources into course teaching through the exhibition of reproduced paintings in order to enrich the content.This activity has overcome the constraints for students from Penghu area of experiences and enhance the incentives and willingness to visit exhivitions held in museums and explore the artistic content in the future.
Art teachers from outlying island of Taiwan often play the key role of providing students with excellent quality learning resources .The researcher believes that the value of exhivition and activities come from the participation and willingness of "teachers" by conducting qualitative research to discuss and analyze the internal matives,and teaching believes of 8 teachers from the promary and secondary school in outlying island of Taiwan towards the participation in the activities held by Quanta Immersed In Art,through interview with the cases.The study intends to het an inshght tothe views and requirements of teachers after participating in these activities in addition to proposing relevant conclusion and recommendation in attempt to accomplish the study objectives.
The study analysis showed the followings results for art teachers from the promary and secondary school of outlying island of Taiwan taking first participation in enterprose sponsored activities of school art exhibitions:The exhibition activities are generally in line with expectation.The researcher grafually conducted an overall analysis on teacher motivation and expectation for participation,teacher experiences and preference,resources applocation,reaction and observation to students,as well as their view and recommenfations to activities.The results are summarized below:
1.Enterprose sponsored cultural resources break away from the geographical limltation of outlying island of Taiwan and refuce urban-rural resource gap.
2.Activity resources enrich the resources of visual art educationfrom outlying island of Taiwan which could promote teachers with innovative teaching.
3.The period for activity and exhibition can be incorporated with school requirements forcustomized adjustment.
4.Quanta Culture and Education Foundation could expand activity supporting learning materials to enhance aid with the promotion of art education in outlying island of Taiwan.
5.The administrative coordination and supports also play important role in schools that participate in the museum-school cooperation.
In sum,the study understand the motivation and believes of art teachers from outlying island of Taiwan to participate through case studies,in addition to exploring into whether if activity resources are in line with the teachers’expectation and their views and opinions towards this cooperation project.Finally,recommendations are proposed for the school administrative units of outlying island of Taiwan,corporate culture and education foundation,teachers of primary and secondary schools from outlying island of Taiwan, and future research, so that the schools and teachers from outlying siland of Taiwan or rural areas could understand orutilize resources from the society more,thereby enhancing possibility forstudents from areas such as outlying island of Taiwan or rural towns with lack of art resources to participate in art activities.
