Based on e-learning resources has been significant investment, the research about self-directed e-learning readiness of technology university students was lack. After literature review, there were 60 items to be foundation. During experts review and pretest, the scale developed 31 items finally. Scale included six factors: learning motivation, self-management, self-regulation, self-efficacy, internet communication and interaction, and information technology skills. Another samples applied measurement for confirmatory factor analysis. The results of scale were applicable to technology university students and had good model fit, reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. All findings could provide technology universities to develop good self-directed e-learning.
