This research adopts quasi-experimental design. The participants of the study, 60 3rd grad students in a Mechanics of a Comprehensive Senior High School, were divided into two groups, Project-Based Instruction with Web-based Peer Assessment group (PBL with OPA) and Traditional group (PBL without OPA). The instrument of the study includes Peer Assessment Scale, Evaluation Scale of Project Product, Attitude Questionnaire toward the Project-Based Learning. The experimental curriculum is Computer Auxiliary Drafting and the instruction lasts for 12 weeks. The evaluation results were listed as follows. 1. Project-Based Learning with Web-based Peer Assessment can effectively promote students’ productive capability. 2. Project-Based Learning with Web-based Peer Assessment can effectively enhance students’ evaluation ability. 3. Project-Based Learning with Web-based Peer Assessment can positively change students’ learning attitude toward the curriculum.
