The population of the study consisted of the ninth graders who decided on technical education programs in the middle of Taiwan, including five counties and cities. 500 questionnaires were delivered, with 443 of them effectively returned. The return rate reached 88.6%. To conduct the data analysis, the researcher adopted descriptive statistics, T-test, One-way ANOVA, Brown-Forsythe test, Scheffé’s method, Tamhane’s T2 and Pearson's Correlation. The conclusions are as the following. 1. The junior high technical education program students have a positive attitude towards self-efficacy. 2. The junior high technical education program students show a positive attitude towards career development. 3. The technical education program students in junior high show significant differences in the attitudes towards self-efficacy, according to their genders, the fact that if the program they take is their first choice, their achievement in technical education programs and their family economic conditions. (1) Boys and girls show significant differences in answering if they are happy to learn. Moreover, girls are happier than boys. (2) The students who regard the program they are taking as their first choice show higher self-efficacy than those who don’t. (3) The students who get A in the technical education programs show higher self-efficacy than those who get B or C. (4) Family economic conditions significantly affect the fact that if students are happy to learn. The students whose family economic conditions are categorized as poor learn most happily. The second is the students whose family economic conditions are on average. The students whose family economic conditions are at the comfortable level of living are the least happy to learn. 4. The junior high technical education program students show significant differences in their attitudes towards career development, according to their achievement in technical education programs and family economic conditions. (1) The students who get A in the technical education programs show more positive attitudes towards career development. (2) Family economic conditions significantly affect students’ attitudes towards self-efficacy and career planning. The students whose family economic conditions are categorized as poor do better in career planning than those whose family economic conditions are on average. 5. A positive correlation exists between the attitudes towards self-efficacy and career planning of the junior high technical education program students. 梁滄郎 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 147 zh-TW |
