Many manufacturing industries have introduced ISO quality assurance systems to improve service quality. Many company management ISO 9001’s document file, revision, version, delivery and archive by human resource, and lead to inefficiencies. In order to increase the competitive advantage and cost down, the company use of technology and Internet development, and implementation of the electronic digitization. Therefore “Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)” to promote quality documentation is an efficient integration within the organization. In this study, according to ISO 9001 quality document management requirements to build the electronic document management system that design and development by the case company. Through a rigorous system program management document life cycle that can be record the document write、audit、issue、modify and authorization management.
