Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 100 === The purpose of this research is to investigate the dynamic characteristics of a spur gear pair and to study the effects of tooth crack on the dynamic response. The gear dynamic model is developed by a lumped parameter method for the vibration response. The mesh stiffness between two gears is calculated by using a finite element software – ANSYS. Then, the equations of motion are solved by using Runge-Kutta method. The features of dynamic signals for the crack in a tooth are found.
