Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 電機工程研究所碩士在職專班 === 100 === The major purpose of this thesis is the verification and simulation of personal safety in the multi-ground grid systems. After the assessment of the theories and designed procedures of various international grounding protocol for substation, the IEEE 80-2000:Guide for Safety in AC Substation Grounding are adopted in this thesis. Meanwhile, the procedure guide to design ground grid in substations is introduced such as the measuring methods of soil resistivity, grounding system impedance, earth surface potential of ground system. Then, the comparison between the compact procedures of IEEE-80-2000 and the simulations of ETAP software are listed and discussed using a real case of substation grounding design of Taiwan power company. Finally, international standards such as IEC60479、ITU K.33、BS 7354 and EG-0 Power System Earthing Guide—part 1: management principles are combined to illustrate the actual potential impact from the fault point via grounding system to the person specifically including the aspect of suggested heart current factor (HCF) and considering the resistance of shoes, feet and other clothing in order to analyze the safety factor of touch potential and step potential of a specific reservoir in Taiwan and its system safety.
