Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 財務金融學系碩士在職專班 === 100 === Facing domestic and foreign financial environmental changes, the State-owned banks not only need to compete with their local new banks, but also foreign banks. Due to the limitations of current laws and regulations, often in order to comply with the policy, they need to implement the governmental policy. The lack of competitiveness also leads to poor operating performance with non-flexible business strategy. How to survive in current low interest rate environment, excessive market competition, and still be profitable and thriving with a breakthrough in financial difficulties has caught the public attention. Based on the above reason, this study has selected the background of the public shares of Bank A as the study subject. We use SWOT analysis, Five forces analysis, and CAMELS analysis to study its business strategy. We hope to provide the operators of bank A and other State-owned banks a reference for developing strategies to meet the industry goal to help improving system and create greater profits and opportunities.
