However, angiogenesis is considered as the key index for tumor, and closely related to the formation and transformation of cancer. Hence, the structure of vessel and tracing play an important role on the medical diagnose. In this study, using the advantage of synchrotron radiation for the x-ray tomography microscope application capture image based on the sample of the mouse kidney. First, image data is processed, reconstructed and segmented. Second, using various image process methods for the different software tool analyze the data and find the proper method hopefully. Finally, following tracing analysis on the above vessel image verifies the correction of programming tool and even improvement of tool. A complete method is provided for the tracing of vessel image.
