These readily available structures may be adventageous to the total synthesis of molecules having lactone moiety. In addition, in the same one-pot reaction of phosphines, unsymmetric diynes and aldehydes, we found another unknown products. After characterized by 1H, 13C, IR, Mass and X-ray diffraction analyses, we determined the structure of the unknown product with a furan structure.
